Zinc occupies a supreme location on the headland overlooking the legendary Fistral Beach and provides the ultimate sanctuary to relax, unwind and enjoy the seasons.
Apartment 10 is a two bedroom apartment that benefits from a large 30' south-facing terrace with stunning views over Newquay Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean and a balcony off the master bedroom that enjoys the morning sun. There is an allocated parking space at this property.
Taking its inspiration from Miami's South Beach district, it provides a new standard in contemporary living and has been designed to complement its unique location, providing a tranquil space, yet keeping pace with the cosmopolitan lifestyle that's on offer in Newquay.
The open plan living space utilise the natural light and extensive glazing makes the most of the exceptional scenery. Comfort and convenience have been built in to provide you with a perfect base to pursue an active or relaxing lifestyle.

"We had a great time - I had done some extensive research of all 2 bed, quality flats with sea views in Newquay. Headland Road is undoubtedly the best address as it's so close to fantastic Fistral [and the smaller Little Fistral which was great for my 5 year old who loves rock pooling]; quieter than being right in town; but close enough to walk to Sainsburys, the harbour etc. I chose Zinc 10 over the others because of the gadgets which make wet days and evenings enjoyable - it was the only flat with a big TV, Nintendo Wii, Wi-Fi, iPod, DVD & the vast selection of board games.
