A desirable townhouse set over three floors and situated just a few minutes walk from Falmouth Harbour and town centre. The property follows a maritime theme and has been beautifully refurbished combining modern comfort with original features such as original fire places. It benefits from a roof terrace plus a front and rear patio.
The property is situated just a few minutes walk from the Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, a crescent shaped white stretch of sand, ideal for family bathing and watersports.
Falmouth has one of the finest natural harbours in the world and beholds a vibrant maritime history. It provides plenty of attractions and amenities including the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Falmouth town centre has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and the Falmouth Art Gallery is one of the best in Cornwall.
Just a short drive, or boat ride away, Conwalls capital, Truro also offers a large selection shops, restaurants and cafes.
Fal River Links offers many boat trips from Falmouth to Truro, St Maws and the Roselands Peninsula allowing you to leave the car at home and take to the water.

- Cottage style kitchen (The Galley) with a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom one (Crow's Nest)
- Located on the top (second) floor with views over the harbour.
- Furnished with a double bed and storage.
Bedroom two (Admiral's Cabin)
- Located on the first floor.
- Original fireplace.
- Furnished with a double four poster bed and storage.
Bedroom three (Bosun's Locker)
- Located on the first floor landing, it benefits from patio windows opening out to a roof terrace with table and chairs.
- Furnished with a double bed and storage.
- Childs wooden crib and two children's chairs.
Bedroom four (Coxwain's Cabin)
- Located on the first floor.
- Furnished with a twin beds and storage.
- Original fireplace.
- Roof terrace can be accessed through large window opening out onto the patio.
Bathroom
- Main bathroom (The Heads), is located on the first floor and comprises a walk in shower, wash basin, w.c. and ample storage.
Outside
- Roof terrace accessed from bedroom three (Bosuns Locker) and four (Coxwain's Cabin) or by walkway from back garden.
- Front garden and terrace with table and chairs.
- Rear patio (The Poop Deck) with BBQ area, table, chairs, a parasol, garden cushions (stored in the shed) and bench.
- Designated parking space for one small car. Additional on-street parking is available in the area and there is also a long stay car park nearby.
- Just a few minutes walk to Falmouth Harbour, High Street and the Maritime Museum.
- Short walk to train station and local bus stop.
- There is a Tesco Express by the Maritime Museum 3 minutes walk away.
