Wells Park Barn is a delightful 4 bedroom barn set within the rural charm of Stoke Fleming village, just a short drive from the beach at Blackpool Sands, the picturesque town of Dartmouth and the River Dart.

Set in a quiet courtyard, this former dairy barn is finished to an exceptionally high standard. The distinctive modern fittings, including under floor heating throughout, combine with exposed beams and oak staircase to create a welcoming property full of character and warmth. The spacious open plan interior consists of 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 single rooms, along with a fully equipped modern kitchen and utility room. Relax in the tranquillity of the lawn garden with stone patio and furniture to enjoy al fresco dining whilst taking in views of the church. The property has also been awarded a 5 Star award by Quality in Tourism.

Situated in the heart of the village, the local amenities including post office and village store are only a stone’s throw away. The Green Dragon Pub is also nearby offering good food, real ale, a selection of wines including local Sharpham wine, a generous beer garden and childrens play area.

From the property explore the South Hams area and discover its small towns, many of which are only a short drive away or walk along the South West Coastal Path.

Nearby Dartmouth is steeped with architectural beauty, pretty narrow lanes and natural elegance, and is widely known as the jewel in the South West.
