Full Property Description
Dartwood is a luxury one level apartment in a premier location fitted out to the highest standard, with gas central heating and wooden floors. Located just a 5 minute walk from Dartmouth's town centre, with its many restaurants, shops and amenities, it is an ideal location for exploring this beautiful and historic town and coastal area.
Parking is available on the street near the apartment, both towards the town and further out towards Dartmouth Castle. This parking is not restricted from 1st October to 30th April.
A parking permit is provided for free parking from 1st April to 30th September. This is usable in Mayors Avenue car park, the Park and Ride at the top of the town and at all other car parks in the South Hams, including Totnes, Kingsbridge and Slapton. Parking is on a first come first served basis.

Living
- A large open plan living area with panoramic views over the River Dart and towards Dartmouth.
- The large bay windows offer spectacular views of the river Dart and out to sea, across to Kingswear and along to the Dartmouth Embankment and Lower Ferry.
- Furnished to a high standard with a matching white leather suite of 1 corner unit, 1 armchair and a sofa bed.
- Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with digital Freeview and DVD/CD player.
Dining area
- The stylish dining area is open plan to the lounge area and is light and spacious.
- There is a dining table and six chairs situated next to the large bay window with the wonderful views.
Kitchen
- Newly fitted to a high standard, the contemporary kitchen is well appointed with an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge and separate freezer.
- Two high stools at the breakfast bar with views through to the large bay windows onto the River.
- Microwave, toaster and cafetière.
- Extensive, high quality set of preparation, cooking and serving utensils.
Hallway
- There are two cupboards in the hall, one with hanging space. The other contains the iron and ironing board, clothes airer.
Sleeping
Bedroom one
- The master bedroom, located to the rear of the property, has a double bed with two bedside tables complete with lamps, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a large mirror.
Bedroom two
- The second bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside table with lamp, a wardrobe with drawer, a mirror and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
- The modern family bathroom is newly fitted with a bath with shower over, w.c. and hand basin with light and shaver point over.
Outside
- A short walk from the town centre, river, castle and coastal walks.
- The property is the top flat of two, accessed by two small flights of steps.
- Patio area with seating and a table.
- Unrestricted on-street parking available October – March.
- A parking permit is supplied from April – September and is valid in all South Hams Council car parks.
