3 The Pines is a three bedroom apartment set in a peaceful location only 10 minutes walk from local shops and the ferry to Dartmouth.
Dartmouth offers several high quality restaurants, pubs and boutique shops to explore. For a greater selection of shops and an abundance of tourist attractions, the towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay are well within easy reach. There are many beaches to enjoy in the surrounding area, the closest being Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands only a short drive away.
The property is furnished to a high standard throughout and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the local area. The property boasts amazing views stretching from Dartmouth across the River Dart and around to the countryside; all of which can be enjoyed from the balcony from the living area and bedroom.

Sleeping
Bedroom one with en suite.
- A converted loft room with large apex windows offering breathtaking views.
- Furnished with a king size bed, two matching bedside tables, side lights and a tub chair.
- The en suite comprise of a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, mirror and wc.
- Please note: Bedroom one and its connecting en-euite is situated in a converted loft and head height is limited.
Bedroom Two
- Furnished with a super king-sized bed (two single beds joined) and a large wardrobe.
- A spacious room with patio doors leading onto the balcony.
Bedroom Three
- Furnished with twin single beds.
Bathroom
- The high quality bathroom features a large shower cubicle, w.c., wash basin and heated towel rail, and is fully tiled.
- The en suite to bedroom one comprise of a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, mirror and wc.
Outside
- Set in a peaceful location, a ten minute walk into the village centre.
- Short walk to the Dartmouth ferry.
- Stunning views from the balcony across to Dartmouth and the surrounding countryside.
- Steps lead up to the apartment entrance.
- On-street parking is available outside.
Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Deliveries are available Mon – Sat 7am – 6pm; unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
