A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.
Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can enjoy the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

Jasmine Cottage is a quaint 3 bedroom traditional cottage set on the side of an incline with views up towards the St. Marys area of Brixham. The centre of Brixham and the harbour are a few minutes walk away, making the cottage a great value for money holiday base.The cottage is accessed up 13 communal steps, and then another 12 steps up to the front door. There is a sunny decked area to the front of the property with views up to St. Marys and a gas barbecue with a table and seating.

Please note: there are ongoing gas works taking place outside the property between October and end of February 2012. Works will take place between 7.30 – 18.30 daily, during which time the property may be affected by noise. Access to the road by car will be limited and during this time occasionally cuts to the gas supply may take place.
Parking permits can be purchased entitling you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.
Please note - this property is unable to accommodate short breaks (less than 7 nights) during school holidays.

Living
- The living room features a stripped wooden floor and exposed beams along with some pleasing details.
- There are 2 x 2 seater sofas and 2 chairs.
- Entertainment is provided by a portable TV, DVD, video recorder and Freeview. Local maps and books are also provided.
Kitchen
- There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, gas double oven with gas hob, microwave, food mixer/blender, kettle, toaster and cafetiere as well as a portable radio/CD player.
- A door leads from the kitchen out to a small rear courtyard.
- An iron and ironing board are provided.

- The kitchen has a drop leaf table with 6 chairs for dining.
Sleeping
Master Bedroom
- Located at the front of cottage with views.
- Double bed with a 5 drawer chest, 2 bedside cabinets and 2 shallow built-in wardrobes (one with shelving).
Bedroom Two
- Features a double bed with a bedside table and a radio/CD player.
Bedroom Three
- A flight stairs leads up to the second floor and the overall attic room.
- There are 2 single beds, one bedside table, along with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a portable CD/radio player, board games and books.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom is on the ground floor off the kitchen. This includes a bath with shower mixer taps and a folding shower screen, w.c. and wash basin.
Outside
- The cottage is accessed up 13 communal steps, and then another 12 steps up to the front door.
- There is a sun trap decked patio to the front of the property which enjoys the sun in the afternoon and views up to St. Marys, furnished with a table and four chairs.
- Back yard area featuring a gas barbecue.
