A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.
Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can enjoy the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

Fishermans Loft enjoys an enviable location directly on Brixham harbour. It is the ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this historic fishing town with the convenience of a central location. The Golden Hind replica is almost within touching distance, while the apartment is naturally ideal for local restaurants, shops and other attractions.
Free parking permit when you book 1 Fishermans Loft for a break of 7 nights or more if arriving and departing before 31st March 2012 - entitles you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.
Please note: bookings arriving after 31st March 2012 will have a parking space provided on the harbour.

Living
- The open plan living/dining room is light and airy and enjoys lovely uninterrupted views across Brixham harbour.
- There is a 3 seater sofa bed in blue, coffee table and wall uplighters.
- Entertainment is provided by a TV with Freeview.

- The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven with gas hob and hood, kettle and toaster.

- The dining area is has a circular wood and chrome table with 4 matching chairs.

- The bedroom also has views across Brixham harbour and features a silver frame double bed with matching bedside cabinet and 8 drawer unit. There is also a double built in wardrobe as well as a CD/radio/cassette.
Bathroom
- The bathroom has a three piece suite in white, consisting of a shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c. with a mirror, towel rail and shaver point.
Outside
- This apartment is the ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this historic fishing village with the convenience of a central location.
- The Golden Hind replica is almost within touching distance, while the apartment is naturally ideal for local restaurants, shops and other attractions.
- The property is accessed from the front through a communal hallway and up to the second floor.
- From 31st March 2012, the property will have a designated parking on the harbour.
- Car parking is within the town car parks nearby. A weekly car parking permit is included for guests staying for 7 days or more.
