We’ve all had a fantastic time

We’ve all had a fantastic time, the apartment is just lovely, with views over the bay, it’s a joy to wake up every morning. Weather has been wonderful, been able to get out visiting great places. This is our 3rd time staying at Bay Fort Mansions, and will return hopefully next year. We would recommend this apartment to friends and family. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We have had a great week

This is our second visit to Torquay. We found the apartment clean and comfortable and to a very high standard. The view is spectacular – lovely to walk up to each morning and will be very hard to leave. On Monday we went on the ferry to Brixham £2.00 return fare! Another day we walked to Paignton and on Tuesday went on a train journey to Dawlish. So many places to visit and having good weather is an added bonus. We have had a great week and would definitely recommend Torquay and Bay Fort Mansions to friends and family.

It has all been so enjoyable

I don’t think i could add anything that has not already been said about the flat and our stay at Torbay only to say that the view really was the icing on the cake of our holiday. It has all been so enjoyable. Thank you.

Amazing short break

I booked a three night stay and found the not only the booking process excellent but the accommodation top class as well. The pictures on the website looked amazing but I always try and manage my expectations as I have been disappointed in the past, not this time, the accommodation was just as shown. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and amazing value for money considering it's location.View of the harbour and bay were awesome even through the wind and rain! It was also the added little touches that made this top class, a pint of milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and also the beautiful little bag of toiletries in the bathroom. Well done, "A" class/ 5 star all the way, we will definitely be returning.

For a person booking their holiday for the first time from a website, all information was excellent. Photos, descriptions etc.

Apartment was very good. Views were beautiful especially at night with all the lights of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Everything you needed was there. We had a lovely time didn't want to go home. Not having transport of our own public transport was good.

Totnes, Bay Fort Mansions

Totnes at Bayfort Mansions is an absolutely delightful place to stay with its stunning views across Torbay. The accommodation is of an excellent standard and has everything that you need. We took advantage of the lovely gardens and enjoyed a glass of wine (or two!) whilst sitting watching the boating world go by. It is a perfect base to explore South Devon, by car, boat, bus or train - we took advantage of the central location of the apartment and either walked or travelled by boat to explore the surrounding area. We can't wait to go back and are already planning our return trip.

Truly 5* accommodation

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Bay Fort Mansions (totnes apartment). From first walking into the reception area we knew this was going to be very good. We were not disappointed when we arrived at our apartment. Everything was spotless airy and light thanks to the big bay windows. The view of the bay and harbour were spectacular. The kitchen provided everything for a self catering holiday and the bathroom and bedroom also first class. We did not have to use the car at all during our stay as there is a very good bus and ferry service to nearby places. We went to Dartmouth by bus to Paignton and then Steam train and ferry across to Dartmouth. A very good day out. I would definitely recommend this property. Viv and David Smith Sheffield

Totnes in Torquay!

My first word on entering the apartment was "Wow" - the view from the lounge was amazing. Totnes is small but perfectly formed and had everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. Torquay has a variety of good restaurants and we enjoyed a couple of boat trips (excellent value). Thank goodness for the seats strategically placed on the Rock Walk or I would still be on the seafront!

Totnes, Bay Fort Mansions

We had a really enjoyable 10 days in Torquay, and the icing on the cake was the delightful Totnes apartment situated within Bay Fort Mansions. The location is really outstanding, with terrific views across Torbay from the marina and Torre beach, right over to Paignton and Brixham. The apartment itself is decorated, furnished and maintained to a high standard, yet very cozy and comfortable to live in. The booking experience with Blue Chip was trouble free. They are a good company to deal with and I'd have no hesitation in using them again.

Totnes, Bay Fort Mansions

Our stay at the apartment surpassed our expectations. The instructions were clear for collecting the key. The classic hallway was an indication of the standard of accommodation and on entering the apartment the view was amazing and took our breath away. The decor and furnishings were of high standard and the ambience was perfect for a relaxing holiday. We never tired of the vista and the comings and goings of the ferries and small craft crossing the bay. It was satisfying to be able to walk down to the harbour, leaving the car behind and using the various boats / ferries was a pleasant experience. We shall be recommending the property to our friends.

Much Needed Holiday in Torquay

After being together 24/7 for over a year. My dad who has dementia & myself as his carer. We both needed a holiday. Him in a lovely respite home & me in 'Totnes' Torquay with Blue Chip. From beginning to end this holiday was a wonderful experience. The property was lovely & the views amazing. I even got plenty of exercise up & down the Rock Walk. Thank You Chris

This is a lovely apartment

We can only echo what others have said. This is a lovely apartment. Furnished and decorated to a high standard yet very comfortable. Coming from Scotland we’re no stranger to wonderful views, but the view from the bay window ranks with the best. We’ve had a lovely 10 days here, and hope to return!

Wow! A beautiful and comfortable apartment

Wow! A beautiful and comfortable apartment, with amazing views, the entertaining boats in the bay and romantic lights across the bay at night. The rock walk was a challenge but we both felt fitter for it. There’s plenty to do in the area. Took advantage of the Jurassic pass for two days (can highly recommend it for value). We enjoyed visiting the Eden project and Mevagissey. Relived childhood memories of my uncle’s guest house at Postbridge. All of this and more, has made it a very special and memorable week. It has been extra special as we celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary while we were here. Thank you so much.
