La Lumiere

The property in Torquay was ideal for kids with everything within a ten minute drive (or 45 min walk!). Everything from booking the holiday, arrival, our time in the house and departure all ran extremely smoothly. The house was exceptionally clean, tidy and user-friendly (!) and made an ideal base for a family holiday. We hope to return!

Everything was so easy

Just returned from La lumiere booked through Blue Chip holidays, the property was amazing with everything and more that you could possibly want for a holiday, even left some fresh milk, tea and sugar so we could have a cuppa on arrival, amazing!! The house was spotlessly clean, fresh linen and towels for everyone. We were all very pleasantly surprised. La Lumiere is ultra modern very pleasantly decorated. We all loved it. We found blue chip via a search engine, found it easy to navigate with clear and honest photos of the property, the description was accurate. The booking process was easy too with clear and precise instructions on how to pay deposit and when balance was due including a reminder which was great. Follow up emails after booking too. Instructions on how to find property, get keys etc., were easy to read. The whole experience was good and would definitely book both the property and through Blue Chip again. Highly recommended.

La Lumiere

Fantastic holiday home for all the family, we stayed here with our 3 children aged from 3 to 15, outdoor table tennis was a hit as were the other outdoor toys, Internet for teenagers is a must so was very well appreciated, the house itself was a fab size for us all and very well if not over equipped. Location was great although very hilly and would say a car is recommended but central location for both Torquay and Paignton, We had superb weather which made our holiday as we spent the week on the beach at Goodrington Sands, we will be back in the future and would defiantly recommend this holiday home

La Lumiere

La Lumiere is an excellent house for access to Torquay's hot spots! It has all the amenities necessary and is light, bright, clean and modern. We had a truly comfortable stay and were made extremely welcome by the house manager who checked on our comfort and made sure we were happy during our stay.

Lovely week in Devon

La Lumiere is a gorgeous house in a very quiet spot between Torquay and Paignton. Very well equipped and spacious enough for our 4 adult party. The weather was very kind to us and we were able to enjoy some sunny afternoons in the garden in spite of it being October. There is plenty to do in this part of Devon so no shortage of inspiration for days out. A really lovely stay.
