Forget the egg hunts and the trails, here’s an Easter event we bet you’ve never seen before – the Easter bunny dive show on 8 April in Torquay. The Living Coasts at Torquay will see the bunny himself take the plunge into the depths of the penguin’s pool to swim with the penguins and offer them enrichment, and visitors will have a great view of the action through the underwater viewing portholes.
The Easter bunny will dive with his helpers and entertain the penguins with enrichment, and the event’s perfect for children. Dives will take place at 11.30am and 3pm, and the Easter bingo games mean there’s a chance to win prizes during your visit too.
Living Coasts is a zoo and aquarium perched right beside Torquay’s harbour, and it’s one of South Devon’s most popular attractions. A visit includes the opportunity to walk amongst the friendly penguins who call the zoo home, and there’s even a miniature zebra crossing to help them cross from one side of their enclosure to the other when the humans are around!
