great apartment

this is a great apartment for 4 ppl, although there was just the 2 of us we booked it anyway! it was clean and tidy and well equipped, even a filter coffee machine I found hiding in a cupboard was used every morning! not far from local supermarkets so easy to stock up the fridge for our stay! great views from all 3 of the balconies. we stayed for 10 nights and although we were contacted by blue chip to warn us it may get a bit noisy due to local clubs we had no problems! great local bars for food and drinks. we will be booking again for our next summer hols!

4 Queens Quay

We arrived at Queens Quay after parking the car a couple of minutes walk away using the free parking permit. The apartment was clean, spaces and modern with great views over the harbour. The four of us had a great time in one of the hottest weeks of the year. Thanks Blue Chip for a great stay.

Nice days in an exclusive appartment

4 Queens Quay is a very exclusive and modern style apartment. Rich equipped kitchen and not so loud as the warning in the attachment has described. Everything is nearby: restaurants, buses, beach and shops, so you don`t need any car in the town. Ferry to Brixham is a nice trip. Bus to Plymouth either. We would stay there again.

Central Location

The apartments are ideally situated across from the harbour in Torquay. The furnishings and fixtures are of good quality. Having lift access is particularly welcome for anyone with mobility issues. Parking is fairly close but quite a steep hill to climb. The only downside was noise in the small hours from revellers but this is to be expected in a central location. Overall, a great self-catering holiday apartment.

Torquay Holiday

The apartment was meticulously clean when we arrived. There was plenty of space for storage, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. It was a nice change to find that the kitchen had sufficient cups, plates, dishes etc, and was not just limited to 4 of everything Cleaning materials were provided, including dishwasher tablets sufficient for the rental period. Having the parking permit provided for the 3 nights made life so simple, as it can be used in other Torquay Council carparks in the area. The apartment faces west, so sun is only on the balcony in the late afternoon/evening. Overall my party was very happy. Nothing is ever perfect, so my minor niggles were: There were no handgrips beside the bath, which made life slightly difficult for getting in and out. The upmarket shower and bath tap arrangement could be more clearly marked, so that their function was obvious.

Excellent holiday

We have just spent a week here with family. The location cannot be faulted, especially as my grandparents were with us. It meant they didn't have to walk to far for anything. The apartments themselves were clean and enough room for us all. The only downside is they didn't provide a travel cot but as we have our own that isn't a massive problem. There is noise from the surrounding bars but it's nothing that will keep you awake. Would definitely recommended and would go back there again.
