10 Ocean Point

The views were stunning and the property was well appointed with good security. The rooms were bright and comfy. The surf board lock ups were very useful as were the outdoor shower areas. Parking spaces a little tight as most were large cars. I would lose a visitor space and open up the apartment ones. I could sit on the balcony all day and watch the surfers and enjoy the contents of the welcome pack. The beach was wide and safe and walking the in the sand dunes was great fun. I would recommend ocean point and would happily return again.

Lovely Appartment - Fantastic views

We have stayed at Ocean Point before, but this was our first time in No 10, it is a lovely appartment, bright and light. The full width balcony with access from both the lounge and master bedroom is a real bonus and the views over Saunton Sands are to die for, I'm not sure you could ever get bored of just sitting there, watching and listening to the sea! The whole building is well maintained, secure, peaceful and well positioned, we stayed for a week at Easter, weather was fab, took our dogs with us, and although the apartment is first floor, there is easy access outside and it's only 5 mins down the coastal path to the beach, so plenty of walks! The master bedroom is a good size, but the twin room is a little small especially for 2 young adults - but ok for young children I expect, there is insufficient storage in thIs room (only a wardrobe which also houses the Hoover, ironing board) I don't count the underbed storage as these are really not practical for day to day use), consequently one of the suitcases was on the floor the whole week, which was a nuisance. There was no mirror in this room and surprisingly no full length mirror anywhere in the apartment and no coat rack to hang outside coats up! These however are minor points that could easily be resolved.

Ocean Point - saunton sands

Perfect location and property which is dog friendly. Everything was nearby that we needed and the booking experience from deposit to final payment and key collection details where all sent out timely and easy to follow. We've already booked a second trip this summer with blue chip to another property and have suggested friends use the website.
