This is a much loved family "escape" from it all in beautiful Salcombe, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Mill Bay has been completely refurbished, furnished and equipped for the family, with locally sourced furniture and accessories to complement the natural surroundings of the house. It therefore has a real "home from home by the sea" feeling.

There is really something for everyone - sailing, water sports, safe and clean sandy beaches, dramatic coastline with amazing walks and unspoilt countryside. The house is a 10 minute walk to the town centre, so avoids the hustle and bustle during busy periods, and is also fortunate to have off street parking for two cars which is a real bonus.

Stunning Views in a beautiful location.

Mill Bay is situated in a stunning location with breath taking views over Salcombe Estuary. Really enjoyed relaxing in the cosy house while taking in the views. The house has everything you could need and is decorated tastefully. It does need a little updating in the decoration and soft furnishings, some things are a little tired but this in no way detracts from how lovely it is and how much we enjoyed staying there.
