Superb apartment

Superb 4th floor penthouse apartment and it was exactly as the photeographs show. There is a busy road however which may put some people off but if you are having a break in a city/town then that shouldn't be a surprise. The apartment is well appointed and thank you to Cathy from As Clean as You Like for arranging the meet and greet and to Annie for showing us around and supplying milk and roses. Delightful. We even had the same weather as shown in the photographs - beautifully sunny. Thank you Plymouth for a lovely short break.

Plymouth Penthouse

We stayed at the Phoenix Quay Penthouse to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday for a four day break. Penthouse clean and stylish with stunning views, very interesting watching the Brittany Ferries coming and going. Just wish we could of stayed a bit longer, would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thank you Blue Chip Holidays.

Location Location Location

The title says it all really, the panoramic view of Plymouth Sound is spectacular and ever changing with the coming and going of ships and the occasional ferries. Being able to see them all from the comfort of the property simply adds to the experience. Being met by Carol on arrival and the convenience of the underground car park was very welcoming after a long journey as were the flowers and biscuits. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and ready for our arrival and we felt settled immediately. Its well laid out with all the facilities you'd expect. It's a great base to take in the best of Plymouth and in a great position to explore the recently developed Prince William Yard, the amazing views from Devils Point and the Cremyll ferry over to Mount Edgcumbe, all without needing the car! Its also handy for the car ferry at Torpoint to take you into Cornwall. All in all a great location for the area and beyond! Highly recommended!
