A definite repeat customer

In addition to the good holiday experience over the Easter weekend, Blue Chip offered a fantastic customer service experience. Had erroneously booked with wrong dates and they arranged to resolve the issue smoothly. The property booked did not offer the dates I actually required; they spoke to the owner on my behalf, cancelled the booking and then arranged a fantastic replacement for the dates required. I actually booked another one with them immediately for the May bank holiday weekend. Thumbs up!
