5 Red Rocks is a well-equipped three bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. Situated in Dawlish Warren the location offers a Blue Flag beach within walking distance and the perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. The large french doors provide generous natural light as well as access to the furnished patio which is ideal is for al fresco dining.

The seaside resort of Dawlish Warren offers a Blue Flag beach as well as the renowned sand spit which is home to Dawlish Warren Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Dawlish can be reached by a one and a half mile coastal walk.

Dawlish is a charming coastal town situated on the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.

The town’s railway station is nearby,offering good public transport links.The railway lines presence along the seafront make Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway.

Fabulous stay at Red Rock Apartments

We had a fantastic time staying in 5 Red Rock. The apartment had everything you possibly need, very spacious and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect, very peaceful even though trains run very close you did not hear them when patio doors were closed and as bedrooms were at the back you got a peaceful night sleep. Resort perfect for young children. We had 12 glorious days of sunshine which really made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back next year and probably every year after that.

Great accommodation at a fair price

The facilities were excellent and the property very clean and spacious. Conveniently located for a range of beaches and activities and we loved the steam train passing close by at the weekends. Only slight minus was that we found the mattresses to be rather hard and uncomfortable, but it didn't spoil the week. (A dishwasher and WIFI would have been a real bonus too!) Overall a great holiday apartment and would definitely stay again.

Red Rock - super value in an excellent location.

Property hit all our expectations, abundance of space, excellent standard of facilities, well maintained, quiet location, excellent transport links, close to attractions. You will struggle to find another property that ticks all the boxes in this price range. The high ratings for this property are fully justified.
