Internally, the apartment is attractive with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The large french doors provide generous natural light as well as access to the furnished balcony. Externally, the furnished balcony area is ideal for casual dining.

The seaside resort of Dawlish Warren offers a Blue Flag Beach as well as the renowned sand spit which is home to Dawlish Warren Golf Course and National Nature Reserve.

One and a half miles from Dawlish Warren is the charming coastal town of Dawlish situated in the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.

The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport linksThe railway lines presence along the seafront make Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway.

Red Rock Apartments

Excellent location for beach/railway and walking/cycling/fishing/photography/bird watching. Lots to do in the resort for ourselves and our children. Parking outside the apartment was great. Very nice apartments, well constructed. Good sound proofing. The manager was there to greet us as we arrived and was very pleasant and helpful. He even arranged to have our apartment ready for our early arrival though heavy motorway traffic at Bristol and beyond added 3 hours to our journey. Local shops sell everything you might need but Sainsbury's is only a short drive away if absolutely necessary. Lovely coffee and cake shops just a short walk away in Dawlish. It was a pity that we could not walk all the way along the sea wall to Dawlish, due to unfinished railway maintenance as a result of last winter's storms! Our only criticism was the scant amount of utensils/cutlery. There was no basic cleaning equipment/tea towels/hand soap (which we had to buy). The mattresses were not that comfortable but we have yet to go on holiday and sleep in a comfortable bed. An additional 'food' cupboard in the kitchen would have been useful. All appliance doors would benefit from being hung the opposite way for ease of use. Overall a very pleasant stay.
