Overlooking the historic fishing port of Brixham, Upper Deck - 5 Linden Court is located in a fantastic position, taking advantage of its elevated position over the harbour with a private balcony, giving stunning views out to sea, over the marina and inner harbour.

Furnished to a high standard, this one bedroom apartment has an open plan living and kitchen area and is bright and spacious, with a superb furnished balcony giving an alternative spot to relax and unwind.

5 Linden Court

Disaster travelling down from Scotland due to being held for 5 hours on M5 motorway (serious accident). Wow! when we arrived at apartment - immaculate throughout and absolutely everything we needed was there for us. Instructions given were very easy to follow. Exactly as described on the internet c/w private parking bay. From the coolness of the bedroom, bathroom, lounge and best of all was the veranda c/w table and chairs. Views were fantastic. Large slim line tv c/w dvd player/dvds. Books and jigsaws in bookcase. Everything you could possibly want re the kitchen utensils including free tokens for the washer/dryer within the utility room. Bed was firm, fresh and clean. We loved the flat and would definitely think about booking again through Blue Chip Holidays (maybe Xmas). Thank you.

Spent a wonderful few days here, gorgeous apartment, just right for two. Clean and bright, stylish decor. Spectacular views by day and enchanting by night. Would definitely stay here again. Would just point out that not suitable for elderly /infirm due to steep climb up steps from town.

First stay in Brixham

We have visited Brixham on many occasions but never stayed there. The apartment was ideally situated with excellent views, it was spotlessly clean, warm, quiet and comfortable with the added benefit of off-road parking. A nice touch of tea, coffee and milk in the fridge and a box of fudge. Some may find the walk down to the Harbour (and the walk back up) a little steep but the view from the apartment is well worth the effort. The addition of WiFi would have been a bonus but with free connection in many establishment's it was not a problem to us. Brixham itself was clean and pleasant with a wide range of Public Houses, Coffee shops and Restaurants with prices to suit all.

Wow for the accommodation even bigger WOW for the view.

Short break in Brixham - Wow for the accommodation even bigger WOW for the view. Location, didn't even need to use the car as everything was in easy walking distance albeit a bit hilly. Blue Chip = best online holiday company we have used so far, would certainly recommend and use again.

Chill out in brixham

Our apartment was first class. We had wonderful weather which made the holiday but we found brixham very relaxing. Very laid back and not commercialised. The steps can be a challenge but we got used to them. The communication with blue chip holidays was first class and kept us informed of all the arrangements. Thank you, Les and Sandy.

5 Linden Court, Brixham

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly want or need. The apartment is around 5-10 minute walk from the town centre - very steep hills or steps back up, but the view more than makes up for it! Allocated parking a godsend. Brixham is a lovely place, the incredibly cheap ferry to Torquay (£2 return) is a must. Lots of pubs and restaurants - the Pepper Shack was our favourite.

Fantastic!

Everything you could need is to be found in this beautiful apartment. When you first open the door to the lounge / kitchen, you are greeted with a WOW! What a tremendous view over the harbour and sea. Fantastic! Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, although you would need to be fit and able with the various hills and steps about. Lots of eating places about and it's definitely worth taking a walk up to The Maritime just to see Pat, and Mr Tibbs the parrot, and the very homely interior.

Glyn and Sandra Blackmorere 5 Linden Court

As you are probably aware our original booking (31 Overgang) was withdrawn, as alternative accommodation, excellent. The only reason we have not given top marks in some questions is simply because of the extra height of the property (but what views). We did find the hills and steps a little daunting but hopefully came home a little fitter.

Linden Court

The upper floor of Linden Court has one of the great views over Brixham harbour. With the large picture window the view is uninterrupted. The fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and the kitchen and lounge have everything one would need. To have your own parking place in this part of Brixham, amongst all the fisherman's cottages is an added bonus. A very pleasant stay.

Amazing Holiday

My husband and I recently went to Brixham. If I am honest I hadn't even heard of Brixham before we went. What a little gem of a place! We had wonderful weather, views, accommodation and overall experience there. The Blue Chip accommodation was exactly what we love, a place with everything you need beautifully decorated and it was an apartment with a fantastic view! We came home really refreshed.

5 Linden Court, Brixham

Compact but more than fit for purpose holiday rental with stunning views over the harbour and marina and out to sea. Very well equipped I was surprised at the amount of extras that were supplied to get you started such as loo roll, liquid soap in both bathrooms and kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, a pint of fresh milk in the fridge and even a box of local fudge. A nice touch. But a big big plus for Brixham is the dedicated parking space right outside. Having stayed in Brixham many times I know that parking can be awkward and is often some distance from the property or even in one of the public parking areas with a separate permit necessary. This can make loading and unloading difficult. Having said that I didn't use my car all week; there was no need to as I just wanted a relaxing holiday and there is plenty to do within walking distance such as taking in the breathtaking views up on Berry Head, watching the seals pop up on the secluded beach at Churston Bay and visiting the Battery Gardens Coastal defence museum. The one day that we did venture further afield into Torquay we used the excellent ferry service, unbeatable value at just £1 each way for the thirty minute crossing which also avoids the need to find a parking space. That said if you want to be more adventurous there are many local attractions within easy reach such as the excellent Living Coasts (Torquay - easily reached on the ferry), Paignton Zoo & Babbacombe Model Village not to mention trips up the River Dart and the nearby steam railway. There are also several excellent, pubs, bars and eateries in Brixham; in fact you are spoilt for choice. Within two minutes walk of the property is the excellent Queens Arms Pub with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, easy to see why it has won awards, or for an early evening drink by the marina I'd recommend sitting outside the Prince William. The best Fish & Chips around can be found at the nearby "Simply Fish" (both take away & eat in) which is deservedly popular, and if you wish to push the boat out on some fine dining then a visit to the Lusty Wench is most agreeable. But there are many other places as well or if you fancy cheap and cheerful al fresco dining then why not pick up an excellent pasty from Fullers Pasty shop and enjoy it on one of the many benches by the harbour or marina area and then grab an ice cream for desert! All this is within ten minutes walk of your property by the way and the walk up the steep hill afterwards will help to burn off some of those recently acquired calories! Looking forward to my next trip already and will definitely stay in this complex again if its available! The property is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The only very tiny upgrade I would suggest is installing wi-fi and including it within the rental price but that's only a suggestion and it didn't spoil the holiday being without it for a week.
