Description

The cliché of ‘All good things come in small packages’ couldn’t be more apt in this delightful bijou apartment tucked off the main street in Brixham. This isn’t your conventional holiday home, but has stacks of charm and bags of character. It’s been thoughtfully designed to provide a cosy feel in the winter which is transformed into a bright and contemporary space in warmer weather simply by sliding open the first floor windows.

Stepping through the front door you’re greeted by the double bedroom with ensuite shower room and beautiful, hand crafted wooden steps leading to the first floor living space with the dining table perfectly positioned in the man-made alcove at the end of the kitchen worktop.

There is an understated nautical theme running throughout St Pete’s Nest and with beach and ocean decor throughout, there is no mistaking your coastal location. The 6ft windows slide back with ease to allow the fresh air to circulate and welcome in the sounds of the seaside.

The town centre is literally 30 paces from the front door down St Peter’s Steps, whilst the historic harbourside and world famous fish quay are just a couple of minutes away. Take a walk on the South West Coastal Path and you’ll find some beautiful secluded coves and golden sandy beaches to relax by, take a trip to Paignton Zoo or ride on the Millennium Wheel in the summer and rise 60m above Torquay and enjoy views back over Brixham or across to Dartmoor.
