The apartment is in an ideal location, just five minutes’ walk downhill to the centre of Brixham. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafes and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day!

Several beaches can be reached within a 15 minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham, together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there is an array of attractions to fill your days including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.

The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.
