56 The Moorings Brixham Marina

Blue Chip Holidays were extremely helpful and efficient during the booking process and assisted with access policies which we required. We had a 92 year old Mother to accommodate who walks with a walking frame and who found the apartment very accessible and the most wonderful views with something happening all the time in the Harbour, for her to enjoy. The apartment was of a high standard very well presented and very clean. We would certainly hope to make a return visit, and would use Blue Chip Holidays again.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment has got to be one of the best in Brixham it is in the centre of everything the town has to offer with great views over the harbour it even has parking which in Brixham can be hard to come by if you have a small well behaved dog that will be welcomed as well. Will be back!!!

For a perfect holiday in Brixham

We had the most enjoyable time. It was close to all the harbour, town and restaurants. The panoramic views from the windows were so beautiful one didn't really even need to venture outside. The accommodation was excellent with every need taken into consideration. All in all highly recommended to everyone.

Easy to use, though did have to phone about an enquiry regarding the description of another holiday apartment which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The apartment we stayed in was excellent, was in a fantastic situation of all amenities. The only thing I would say is if there was a full ramp at the front of the apartment, this would of made our stay outstanding, if this could be sorted, all wheelchair users would find No, 56 easy to get around and access would be fantastic as there is a lift.

56 Moorings Reach

Fantastic reception, felt at home straight away, mince pies and local fudge on arrival, high standard of cleanliness,5*plus. Staff at the Blue Chip office were extremely helpful and professional, which will ensure my return to the Company for future holiday bookings. I would have the greatest pleasure in recommending Blue Chip to interested parties, and I wish you all a happy and successful 2009

Lovely time had by all

Great apartment, lovely views and well equipped (although a few recycling food bags and one or two washing machine tabs and dishwasher tabs wouldn't go a miss, really don't want to be buying boxes of those to cart back from holiday)for all occasions. Close to some lovely new restaurants: The Montpellier for breakfast, the Rock Fish, the wine bar Little Bites and the old favourite Italian Bacco all worth a visit. Also went for drinks this time in the Berry Head Hotel and the New Quay Inn, both very good. This apartment (number 56 Moorings reach) take dogs which is great and walks around the area are lovely but as there is only a very small balcony (not even big enough for two people to sit on as doors open outwards)it is not practical so need to take lots of poo bags! Apart from that lovely and a great time had by all.

56 Moorings Reach

Our first visit, and hopefully many more to follow. We have had a fantastic week. We were lucky to have great weather and loved the views across the harbour especially at night. Cannot fault the apartment, which is to be recommended.

56 Moorings Reach

Just spent another relaxing week in Brixham. We usually make it a rule never to stay in the same place twice but we were so impressed with this property when we stayed last year that we just had to come back. Accommodation and parking perfect.

A fabulous apartment

A fabulous apartment with lovely views. Exceptionally clean and well equipped with tasteful décor. We have had a lovely weekend break. Entertained at the Princess Theatre in Torquay. Elvis on the Friday and Tina Turner on the Saturday. Weather has been mild for January, we have had some nice walks around the harbour and along the Breakwater. Fish and Chips from Nicks. We have thoroughly enjoyed our break at Moorings Reach. Thank you.

Over the last couple of years I have stayed in a number of different Blue Chip houses/apartments and they have all been fabulous. Decorated, maintained and furnished to a high standard and always exceptionally clean. Would definitely recommend!

56 Moorings Reach

At last a holiday company that seems to check the holiday accommodation to make sure it meets the star rating: have been very disappointed in the past having booked cottages etc. with other companies either 4 or 5 star only to find it's more like 2 star.

Good apartment for a family holiday with children

56 Moorings Reach is an ideal 3 bed apartment for both families and the retired, although on the first floor there was a lift and the apartment was all on one floor level ideal for small children not having to worry about the stairs at night. The apartment was well furnished with wipe down furniture and had Wi Fi ideal for I Pads to keep children occupied during the evenings. Just a word of warning, there were a lot of breakable ornaments to be gathered up and hidden in the wardrobe during our stay with young children. The apartment had good views over the marina and fishing port and a level 5 minute traffic free walk to the town, we have been staying in various Blue Chip apartments for the last 9 years on Pirate festival weekends in May and also several other months during the year as a retirement couple in smaller apartments and have always been very happy with the accommodation provided. Many thanks to the cleaning staff who were always helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. Lantern Jack. Pirate author.

56 Moorings Reach

We had a fantastic time on our holiday and the property and location were second to none. We had our children ranging from 6yrs to 16yrs and my elderly mother who needs a wheel chair and there was not a day that we all did not enjoy the activities and facilities available. The only problem was that a week was not long enough.

56 Moorings Reach

What a relaxing location, probably one of the best in the UK. The apartment is certainly 5 star with a complete makeover completed recently. The weather could have been better but when the sunshine finally broke through it added to the experience. Looking forward to next time.

Returning back to Brixham

This apartment is in a lovely position looking out toward's Torquay and Paignton and of course all the boats coming in out of Brixham harbour makes it a very interesting place to lose yourself, There is also plenty time for walking along the mariner and into Brixham, visiting the old pubs and restaurants.
