Christmas 2015 at 41 moorings reach

We stayed at this property with our family and our children, beautiful house and sea view was out of this world! Had everything you needed and Christmas tree up which was wonderful for the children! The only little thing that wasn't happy with was dishwasher hadn't been cleaned so filter was blocked with old food! And teapot had tea stains in it, the sandwich toaster couldn't be used has still old cheese in it! But overall the house is beautiful and waking up to that view is amazing!

Perfect family break

41 moorings reach is a beautiful holiday home with views of the harbour from the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. The terrace off the lounge is fantastic and we enjoyed standing with a coffee watching the boats even in Feb! The kitchen is well equipped and having 3 toilets in the property is useful as we were a group of 8! Wifi works well which kept the teenagers happy. I would recommend this property for both the views, the comfort and the convenience of location to brixham.

41 Moorings Reach

Our return to Moorings Reach this year didn't disappoint, even though the weather did! The house is wonderful, with all mod cons and couldn't be in a better position right on the waterside - just a short walk to shops, cafe's & restaurants in Brixham.

41 Moorings Reach

An excellent 4 bedroom modern property with views across Brixham Marina and the inner and outer harbours. The interior is bright, clean and the facilities very good. There are various eating places such as the Prince William situated within five minutes walk of the house offering good food at very reasonable prices. Moorings Reach has been our favorite holiday destination in UK for recent years and we have rented different sized properties all of which have proved to be excellent.

41 Moorings Reach

We returned to Brixham for a holiday after quite a few years and happily found it to be just as lovely as we remembered. The accommodation at 41 Moorings Reach was fabulous and the position couldn't be better. The view across the harbour and the bay was beautiful. We were wishing we had booked for 3 weeks instead of 1. We will definitely return and book through Blue Chip!

Brilliant Brixham

41 Moorings Reach is the perfect property to view and explore all the charms of Brixham plus nearby Paignton and Torquay. Very good standard of accommodation to suit a large family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out!

Moorings Reach, Brixham

We have holidayed at Moorings Reach in two different properties and I have to say that it is my favourite destination. The properties are right on the harbour and have fantastic views across the bay to Torquay. The actual houses have every facility required to make the perfect holiday for families. Brixham itself is an extremely friendly place and all the locals are very pleasant and helpful.

Moorings Reach, Brixham, South Devon

We stayed in a 4 bedroom House on the complex with a garage and one car space. The house was equipped with all our needs including WI-Fi, it was very clean and the views from downstairs lounge and the two front bedrooms were marvellous overlooking the Harbour and Marina and not forgetting the patio which also overlooked the latter. We hope to return again next year.

Peter & Susan.

We were very worried when we approached the house, the outside and patio were badly in need of maintenance. Inside the house we were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding views and comfortable accommodation. First impression seemed very clean, but there were too many cobwebs throughout. Kitchen in need of some upgrading and kettle needs de-scaling. Even though our comments are slightly negative it hasn't stopped us from booking the house again in September. Very pleased with the location and views of the house. We hope maintenance will be but right by then.

Idyllic views in beautiful surroundings

This house gave us beautiful, uninterrupted views with the beach, marina, shops and restaurants just a five to ten minute walk away. Try the Shoalstone beach cafe it offers beautiful food with an excellent menu variety, not just seafood. Great for families that do not want a 'tacky' seaside experience, this is a beautiful unspoilt town that has seen its own developments over the years with its marina, but is still lovely. Be sure to walk along its breakwater. Take a boat trip to Dartmouth another unspoilt place to visit, for something more traditional visit Paignton (slot machines, tacky shops but a lovely beach) Torquay offers great shopping but you would not really know its by the sea! Depends what you want really!
