Internally, 14 Prospect Road offers a high standard of furnishing throughout, boasting views over Brixham and glimpses of the sea. From the harbour, a short walk along the coastal path leads to a selection of beaches and coves, as well as the ever popular seawater swimming pool at Shoalstone.

Those looking to entertain the family should head to Paignton, home to a fine selection of attractions including Paignton Zoo,  the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway and Quaywest waterpark.

Beautiful brixham

Stayed for a week at prospect road. This is a beautiful house with fantastic furniture and everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and decorated to a high standard the main bathroom is amazing and my youngest daughter took a bath nearly every night. We did have a small hiccup when the boiler broke mid week but blue chip were great and we used the facilities a few doors down. The only slight downside is parking but we did manage to find a space every night. Will defiantly book again with blue chip

14 Prospect Road

The property was spacious, clean, well decorated and a delight to be in. Although we had bought a week parking permit for Torbay, we managed to get parked outside the house, and we didn't need to use the car again all week! We have always previously holidayed in North Devon, but loved Brixham and definitely want to go back to this property!

14 Prospect Road

A lovely big house, with plenty of space in all rooms and spotless throughout, everything you could possibly want, plus some luxury. The town is less than 5 mins walk away and the views of it are beautiful. We didn't want to leave!

House with a view.

House was lovely with a home from home feeling .Very tastefully decorated and everything in kitchen you could possibly ask for. They had catered for every age group with books DVDs , Several walking in the area guides very useful if you new to area. Although we didn't get to park in road we did park round corner. Steps down to harbour good exercise

Lovely house in an excellent location

Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at 14 Prospect Road which is situated at some height above sea level so great views over the harbour. A huge house offering comfortable accommodation. We also had a week of glorious weather which was an added bonus and enjoyed watching seals by Breakwater Lighthouse. However I would like to point out that parking is very restricted and you are unlikely to get a space outside the house so would recommend purchasing a parking permit which allows parking in all Torbay council car parks, so not just limited to Brixham.

14 Prospect road, amazing holiday in Brixham

We have just returned from an amazing 2 week stay in 14 Prospect road Brixham. There were 4 adults and 3 children in total, we had plenty of space to not get on top of each other, nice little courtyard out back for kids to play in whilst having some down time. The house was incredibly well equipped with all you could possibly need and more, a wonderful home, from home experience!! The only downside to this property is the lack of parking but in Brixham that is few and far between anyway. We would definitely book again and recommend!!
