Clavelshay Barn Restaurant is set in a beautiful stone barn on a genuine dairy farm, which dates back to 1700. The restaurant’s country atmosphere makes it a great place to relax, and there is plenty to see even inside! Aside from the ever-changing art displays, there are traditional features such as oak flooring, a cedar staircase and even elm roof beams.
It’s little wonder the Clavelshay Barn has been voted the best restaurant in Bridgwater by the TripAdvisor reviewers, set in a pretty stone barn the restaurant is bursting with rural charm. It would be a shame to stay in self-catering Bridgwater accommodation without trying a taste of Somerset, and this is just the place to do it.
The Clavelshay Barn Restaurant is perched beside the Quantock Hills on a dairy farm. Needless to say, the fresh, local produce and family-run atmosphere make this a great experience. Even the water is from the farm’s spring!
