Very charming cottage with all that you need

This is a very charming cottage in the centre of Appledore. It has all that you need and is very nicely decorated. At our arrival the beds were nicely made with towels on them. There was milk in the fridge and a hearty arranged welcome tray with biscuits, chocolate drink and a lovely card on it. The outside patio has a plastic lawn on the floor which makes it very inviting for sitting outside. The information we got was very clear and helpful.

Excellent Christmas holiday in Appledore

We spent Christmas 2015 in Phoenix Cottage, Appledore with our grown up children. The holiday was excellent from initial booking enquiry to the cottage itself which exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property and the company.

Great for:

Lovely holiday cottage in perfect location.

This is a holiday cottage with everything included. There were only two of us but the cottage could comfortably hold a large family. The location is perfect, being within a short walking distance of everything. There is no parking but there is a safe and secure car park within a couple of minutes walk. Everything is provided that you could possibly want and the house was spotless! Particularly nice touches were the milk and biscuits provided as well as leaving the landline connected in case of emergency as the mobile signal inside was non existent. If the Internet is important to you there is a very good internet connection which wasn't available in all cottages we researched. Overall this was an absolutely lovely cottage and we'd definitely return.
