Gold Coast OceanfestSet for 17, 18 and 19 June 2011, Gold Coast Oceanfest is probably the best-loved Croyde event! The festival has been running for 12 years and puts the sunshine into summer with live music, surfing events, sports and much more. If your idea of heaven is a life of surf, sand and fun fun fun then Gold Coast Oceanfest is the Croyde event to book tickets for. There is entertainment for the whole family, both on the beach and in the arena, and the activities include Xtreme demonstrations, trampolines, play areas a BMX ramp and much more! The ticket price does not include the campsite, so make sure you arrange somewhere to pitch your tent!

2011 North Devon Exmoor Walking FestivalThe 2011 Spring Walking Festival will run for 10 days between 29 April and 8 May. The festival will encompass North Devon, the Quantock Hills and the beautiful National Park that is Exmoor. The festival will start in North Devon, and will include 30 guided walks around the region – so those in Croyde will need to keep their eyes open for any relates events in Croyde or the surrounding area. The guided walks will range in length from between 4 miles and 11 miles, and the programme will include half and full day hikes, food stops and cream teas.
