As if you can refuse some well-deserved time on the massage table…the spa offers a range of relaxing treatments to help you get into the holiday spirit. Treatments are available between 9am and 8.30pm from Monday to Sunday, and that means you’re free to pick your time and then book yourself in for a little slice of Heaven during your stay. If you’re planning a romantic retreat for two, just imagine the brownie points if you book your special someone in for a treat before you get there…the perfect welcome surprise!
You’ll be welcome to make use of the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym during your time at the Water Park, so make sure you pack your favourite swimming costumes ready for all those dips. There’s something about rounding off a busy day with a refreshing dip together, and the pool facilities are open Monday to Friday from 6am until 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7.30am to 9pm.
Children (over 2 years old only) are welcome to swim from 7.30am to 9.30am and 3pm to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 10am and 3pm to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
For a spot of contemporary dining with lakeside views, The Brasserie serves up seasonal dishes with a modern twist. The chef takes care to showcase the tastes and flavours of the Cotswolds wherever possible, so you’ll be able to experience local produce in style. With a stylish décor that makes every meal feel special, The Brasserie makes the perfect spot to start your day.
For those more relaxed meals that are all about cosying up and enjoying the views over a glass of wine, The Old Boathouse has outside decking perfect for those al fresco lazy lunches. Discounted breakfast and dinner vouchers can be purchased from the hotel reception for the Brasserie Restaurant and The Old Boat House Pub.
Out and about
You’ll find the perfect day out less than a five-minute drive away, and that’s Cotswold Country Park and Beach. Imagine an AquaVenture obstacle course a lake, complete with a beach for that rest on the sand when you’re done! The attraction’s suitable for anyone of 6 years or over, and it’s the perfect way to get outside and experience a family adventure on warmer days.
The beautiful town of Cirencester is just a ten minute drive from the Water Park, and you’ll be able to turn back the clock and experience the character of a traditional English market town. And for those adventures that start on your doorstep, you’ll be able to pick up the 150km bridleway and cycle way from the Water Park…enjoy.
