Description

Seaways is a bright, fantastically newly built holiday home with panoramic views of both Duporth Bay and St Austell Bay.

The bright and spacious living area has direct views of the coastline, and is open plan with the dining area and kitchen, making it a sociable setting. During the winter months, you can warm up next to the log burner and keep yourself entertained with Sky's full TV package and state of the art Sonos sound system. And if that's not enough to keep you entertained, there's even a home cinema system in a second living area, making ample space for the whole party to unwind.

At the end of a busy day, relaxing in any one of the four spacious bedrooms will be a welcome treat, and each one has its own en suite. The master bedroom has bi-fold doors which open out to fantastic views. With remote control operated blinds, you won't even need to step foot out of bed to enjoy the morning view when you wake up.

Seaways' balcony is prefect for enjoying those long summer evenings. The views from this tranquil space are truly spellbinding and there's no better place to while away a relaxed summer's day. The barbeque in the back garden and wicker table and chairs offer another alternative for outdoor dining.

Seaways is perfectly positioned if you want to slip into the Cornish way of life. The beaches of Porthpean and Duporth are just a short walk. The historic Charlestown Harbour is also within walking distance, and has been the set for many films and TV shows, including Poldark.

Outstanding

Your Seaways property is by far the best I have stayed in and I have stayed in many 5 star self catering properties. The pictures of your view from the property doesn't do it justice, it is outstanding and you never tire of just relaxing and looking at it. Lovely spacious bedrooms and living areas, the 2 areas for watching to are ideal for bigger parties. There is a stunning private beach 10 mins walk away but not suitable for the elderly or anyone who isn't steady on their feet. We were greeted with s beautiful hamper for us to enjoy including a treat for our dog. The owners of this property have ticked every box for what you need. Well Done.

magnificent views

Thank you for the lovely welcome to your beautifully designed house that exploits the magnificent views so well, and the chance to have a frolic on a private beach. Miss Spike made lots of friends down there. Loved all the mod cons and gizmos.

What a beautiful place

What a beautiful place, both location and house. I am not sure how I will manage not seeing the beautiful view everyday. Thank you for sharing your amazing house.
