Discover St Agnes and rediscover the Great Outdoors with St Agnes Outdoor Festival from 10 – 15 April. This weekend is dedicated to celebrating everything we love about spending time outside, in the one of Cornwall’s most beautiful spots, and it’s also a great way to try something different that you’ll remember for a long time to come.
The programme’s always packed with ways to enjoy the area’s landscape, and it includes everything from scenic walks to wild food foraging, rock-pooling and even a spot of opera on a cliff side! Regular events at the festival also include sculpture workshops using sea trash, stargazing on the beacon and campfire cookery.
There are bike tours throughout the weekend too, as well as a Cornish Language Heritage Walk for those of you keen to learn all about the region’s language and how it’s connected to St Agnes. If you’re a keen photographer then look out for the festival photography competition, and the Push, Pull or Pedal Wacky Races competition is always as hilarious to watch as it is to take part in.
St Agnes sits right in the heart of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and it’s one of Cornwall’s most unspoilt corners.
