Somewhere is the kind of restaurant that’s ideal for those evenings when every member of the family fancies something different. With a gorgeous whitewashed building and all the perks of a being family-owned, the restaurant serves up a whole range of different meals so there’s something for everyone.
The owners take care to use fresh ingredients from the surrounding area wherever they can, and the menu leans towards hearty, wholesome meals that’ll make you feel at home. Don’t be shy about asking for things the way you like them as the owners are friendly enough to try and accommodate diners’ needs (especially during the quieter months) and if you prefer to eat early then you’ll be able to book a table for the evening from 6pm.
The restaurant’s a popular one with walkers who have made the journey from neighbouring Looe on foot, and as the ferry runs between Looe and Polperro it makes the perfect place for a pit stop before hopping aboard and enjoying the twenty minute crossing back.
