You’ve got to hand it to Jamie Oliver, not only did he set up a restaurant that combines fine dining and charity but he also went and put it right on the spectacular Watergate Bay in Newquay. Just a few miles outside of Newquay in Watergate Bay, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall enjoys unbelievable views of the two mile stretch of beach and it’s the home of the Cornwall Foundation of Promise apprentice programme.
Continuing to offer apprenticeships to youths in need of a helping hand, Fifteen Cornwall serves up inspiring dishes that will top off any stay in self-catering Newquay accommodation. The sophisticated interior and thoughtful menu at Fifteen have been carefully prepared with passion by the apprentices, and they strive to make use of local produce and seasonal ingredients. Children are welcome for the lunchtime sittings, although it’s adults only of an evening.
Fifteen Cornwall ensures that 80% of the ingredients used in its menus are from Cornwall. This is a vibrant restaurant that’s all about strong flavours and lots of choice.
