4 Seashore

Having booked to holiday in Porth just outside Newquay we where concerned about how busy it would be with 2 young children. Having arrived in we found this to be a very quite suburb but close enough to make Newquay accessible as well as other coves around us that where all walkable from our property at 4 Seashores. We found we could leave our 9 & 11 year old's on the beach in the evening to play while we went back to the property with a clear view of them from our apartment. Overall an excellent holiday and a place we would consider returning to.

The perfect relaxing holiday.

The apartment at 4 Seashore was really comfortable. We were not disappointed at any time during our stay. The view from the window while eating breakfast or tea was worth the trip alone. I don't think you could better this location. A minutes walk and you are on the beach, life guards are on duty all day for safe bathing and the coastal scenery is breathtaking. All the beaches of Newquay are within walking distance if you fancy a change of sand. The coastal paths are well worth a walk in both directions too. Newquay is a good base for visiting the surrounding area as well. The whole apartment served us well during our stay, we actually stayed in to eat more than normal, as it was so lovely to look at the view while eating. It's quiet and relaxing for grown-ups and plenty nearby for the young or young at heart. We would love to come back again.

4 Seashore

I stayed at 4 sea shore, great location, great view, great place, only seconds from Porth beach. Enjoyed getting up early and going out late to surf.

4 Seashore

It is a lovely apartment with a fantastic view over Porth each. The flat was very comfortable, tidy and very well laid out. Would definitely return.

4 Seashore

The apartment was clean, very comfortable and of a very high standard - you had thought of everything in terms of equipment and comfort. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to any of our friends and family. I forgot to mention the fantastic views and location!

Seashore Apartments, Porth Bay, Newquay

My husband and I and our friend spent a week at 4 Seashore, Porth Bay. The apartment is situated within a stone's throw of the beach with fantastic views of the bay. We could happily have looked out of the windows all day watching the tide come in and out and the different scenes on the beach! The apartment contained everything we needed for our stay, it was well equipped, clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

We have had a fantastic weeks holiday

We have had a fantastic weeks holiday here in Porth. Nice apartment with lovely views, fantastic location and great shower! Our 4 year old daughter has had a great time on the beach outside our door, and in the sea every day. Watergate bay is great for the beach, lunch, drinks etc, and we had an absolutely fantastic lunch at ‘The Basement’ in Padstow. We were lucky enough to go to the Eden Project at Halloween, which was great, with lots of activities. Finally, I can’t praise the local pub enough. The Mermaid is great with lots of activities, child friendly and a nice atmosphere. I only wish we had one at home.

Visited Tap House at St. Agnes

Visited Tap House at St.Agnes. Good value for money, £7 for a quality main course like linguini or grilled John Dory. Great walk from Lelant Saltings (nr St.Ives). Park at Lelant Saltings and walk the 4½ miles on coastal path to St.Ives. Take the train back from St.Ives to Lelant Saltings.

Lovely walk into Newquay from here

Lovely walk into Newquay from here. Padstow and St.Ives definitely worth a visit. Must climb the cliff opposite and watch the sun set! The Mermaid Inn is great for pub food and drinks and the local Tapas is fantastic.

Great base for family holidays

Great base for family holidays. Loads to do/see within easy travelling distance, best of all the 50 second walk to the beach! Our 4 year old would’ve been there from dawn to dusk given the chance. Your tip for taking the train from St. Erth to St. Ives was fab…banished our usual struggle to find a parking space in St.Ives. Our 4th trip to Porth…but not our last. Many Thanks

Another lovely holiday

Another lovely holiday in this beautiful apartment. Our boys loved the beach on the doorstep. If you have young children, Lappa Valley Railway is a good day out and the train ride to St.Ives is beautiful. Try parking at Lelant Saltings as St.Erth gets busy in peak season. We hope to be here again soon.

To quote my 86 year old mother "fantastic"

To quote my 86 year old mother, “fantastic”. Pleasure to sit in the window and watch the dogs running about on the beach. Brilliant apartment, everything you could possibly want and more. Will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner rather than later. We’ll be back…

4 Seashore Apartments, Porth

A well equipped, warm, and comfortable apartment with stunning views across Porth beach. We went in winter and were treated to some stunning winter storms with huge seas and spindrift flying across the beach which was all very exciting and invigorating. Being near Newquay meant that we had good access to shops and restaurants.
