Happy holidays

We stayed at 10 Bredon Court in Newquay, a fairly last minute booking and did think that maybe the accommodation may not be too good as it was available when none others were. What a brilliant surprise. One of the best self catering apartments ever. Quiet, peaceful, fantastic bathrooms & kitchen and spacious living accommodation, plus a delightful balcony. Only a quick 10 minute walk took you down to the harbour with 2 lovely restaurants to choose from and easy access to Fistral Beach and down to Towan and when the tide was out across to Great Western and Tolcarne beaches. Can thoroughly recommend both Blue Chip and the property agents who were very helpful when we had a minor problem. Look forward to returning in October.

Fabulous location, stunning views and close by to all amenities. Bredon Court was a lovely apartment block with security gates and secured parking. We found the basement lockup for all beach gear a real bonus. The interior was superb and had all home comforts. I was slightly disappointed in the lack of garden space for children to run around in but it was a very short walk directly onto the beach. We liked the short walk into town and the supermarket - a big advantage which meant we could leave the car parked most of the time.

As a family we were able to get away for a week, and spent a little extra on our apartment. We were really pleased we chose and booked through Blue Chip, they had great choices across the board. A very happy time was had by all.

We were totally thrilled with our apartment and the facilities it had to offer. Our teenage boys were just a stones throw from Fistral Beach; fabulous! The views were amazing and it was a pleasure to wake up on a morning. Comfortable, every thing you needed and near enough to many great locations. Loved it!!

Blue Chip is our first choice

After being unsure of the most suitable holiday for a 4 year old & 6 month old baby, last year I was recommended Blue Chip Holidays. This year we booked again (to a different venue). We had a wonderful holiday; the website accurately described the accommodation & helpfully only displayed accommodation with availability. The accommodation was wonderful; it was a super standard, great space & amenities. The location near Fistral was great for us. We would definitely book again and recommend to others.

We revisited again at 19 Bredon Court and again it was fantastically comfortable, clean great location and fab beaches near by the whole holiday experience from booking was simple no fuss and great experience highly recommend this apartment and Blue Chip.

Holiday at 10 Bredon Court, Newquay

Would like to say 'Blue Chip has done it again' Once again Blue Chip has proved that they are the best in what they do, we (my grown up daughter and I) have just spent an amazing week in a Blue Chip property in Newquay, Cornwall and it was a wonderful experience, the apartment was in an amazing location (close to town and all it's facilities & close to Fistral Beach) it was spotlessly clean, the information provided made everything so easy and Dawn sent all the information for access in an email. Newquay is our favourite destination and we look forward to our week away together so much and never fail to find something/somewhere new to go. Thank you to all who make booking with Blue Chip so wonderful.

Great location, spacious accomodation

We had a great time at Bredon Court. The apartment is on the ground floor and adjacent to some hilly rough on the adjoining golf course but even seated in the lounge or on the slightly lower balcony you can still see a little of the sea and standing in the lounge we enjoyed watching some lovely sunsets over the ocean. As it is a ground floor flat, though there is a basement area below so the balcony is around 6 feet from the outer ground level, privacy is compromised a little as there is a public footpath the other side of the wooden fence, visible in some pictures featured on the website, around 10-12 feet away from the balcony which can be fairly well used on busy days and from early morning to post dusk. This could be addressed a little better by the owners looking at some way of screening the lower area of all windows perhaps. And for young children that you might want to have in bed before sunset some curtains as well as the roller blinds in the second bedroom would be useful. But other than these minor issues this is a great place to stay with generous room proportions in the lounge and master bedroom in particular, in a great location only a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach all on a path well away from any roads and with Sainsbury's and then the town centre only 5 to 10 minutes walk away as well. There's also an hourly road-based 'train' service that does a circuit of Newquay taking in the Zoo and all beaches and the town centre with a stop just on the road opposite the entrance to Bredon Court which our children enjoyed riding.

Excellent chill out week

I took our eldest son away for a weeks surfing as a reward for studying hard for his GCSES. He had always wanted to surf at Fistral beach and this apartment is perfectly located. The apartment is very well equipped and very large for two people. It's for a family of four really though we left my wife and youngest son at home due to school commitments. The guilt lasted for about 5 minutes as my son and I enjoyed surfing, body boarding, fishing, and walking. Though the weather wasn't great we really had a very good time and we didn't use the car all week which was even better. Would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you. David and Samuel Morris
