Beautiful property, a perfect home away from home

The house we stayed in was beautiful, with lovely décor, modern furnishings & all the facilities you would have in your own home. As a family of 6 adults, a 17 year old, a 9 year old & an 8 month old baby, we had more than enough space to spend time together as a group or disappear off into rooms on our own, when we wanted a little space from the others. The property was immaculate, from the cleanliness of the house to the fresh crisp, clean linen. There was ample parking space for our 3 cars & small trailer & the garden was lovely for sitting out at breakfast time or late into the evening. The picturesque little harbour at Charlestown was a 10 minute walk away & we spent a few evenings wandering down the lane to the lovely little bars & restaurants. The private beach was a nice treat too, although a little steep with the baby buggy but well worth visiting. The service we received from Blue Chip was excellent too, we could not fault the accommodation or service & would definitely recommend to friends.

First class accommodation

Had a wonderful weekend staying at Bay View Road. The rental property was very clean and well equipped, with four spacious bedrooms and living areas. A nice touch was having DVDs, books, magazines and games available. There is also a large garage which would easily accommodate two cars. It was in a perfect location for sightseeing and a real bonus was the private beach just 10 minutes walk away. The whole process from booking to the arrangement for keys was very straightforward. I would highly recommend this holiday let and will definitely return.

Ideal holiday house for families

We were delighted with the house, it was very well appointed with quality furniture, bedding and furnishings. There was plentiful kitchen equipment and everything in good condition. The situation was ideal, being within easy access to the beach (although the walk back was a bit challenging for the older members!) and it's nearness to places of interest such as The Eden Project was a bonus. Shopping was also easy as supermarkets were nearby. Altogether a holiday house which I would warmly recommend.

Lovely modern house in a great area to explore

We stayed at 20 Bay View for 4 nights in the February school holiday. The house was a good size and nice and modern. The children had a great time playing hid and seek! There were a few bits that are broken but nothing that really effects your stay for example some chipped glasses, blind that doesn't open etc. There was a lovely private beach within walking distance of the house which the kids and I enjoyed exploring. The location of the property was good. The maximum most things are away is about an hours drive.

Very Good property, well equipped for an group/family. Don't be misled by "baby friendly" logo; this one only has 1 stairgate, highchair & cot; garden has very steep slope for toddlers.

Location, location, location!

Excellent spacious accommodation in Cornwall with everything that you need for a family holiday. Within walking distance of a private beach, even with two small children (pebble beach). We were there in July and on two occasions had the beach to ourselves! Excellent location for attractions in the area including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
