Description

The Firlet is a cosy apartment situated just a five minute walk from the Cawsand village and beach, guests can enjoy lovely views across to Penlee Point, Cawsand and the countryside from the outside decked area. There is also off-street parking for two cars.

Situated on the Rame Peninsula, the historic villages of Kingsand and Cawsand offer a haven of peace and tranquility. Relax on the beach or in one of the village pubs and cafes or take a stroll through the narrow streets of colour washed cottages and shops that follow.

Swimming, fishing, windsurfing and water skiing are all available on the beaches or you can follow the coast path through the village and the Mount Edgcumbe estate to Cremyll. In the other direction the coast path takes you round the headland to the glorious sandy beach of Whitsand Bay.

From Cawsand, and just a few minute's walk from the property, you can take a passenger ferry across to the city of Plymouth which offers an abundance of high street and independent shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, theatres and attractions to suit everyone. The Barbican and Hoe are steeped in history and are definitely worth a visit.

If you're feeling energetic then Looe and Polperro are a mere half an hour away, with Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor only a 45 minute drive away.

The Firlet

Didn't know the Rame Peninsula existed. Now on my map. A wonderful holiday. Helped by wall-to-wall sunshine. But a great discovery anyway. Would certainly book with this company again.

The Firlet

We found our stay at The Firlet very enjoyable, it was extremely comfortable for two people and had everything we could possibly want, Kathy and Nigel made us very welcome and we love Cawsand and Kingsand.

The Firlet

A lovely spot to spend time away from the madness of the world as it is today.

The Firlet

Had a lovely stay at the Firlet in Cawsand Bay, it was really peaceful and relaxing. The views were breathtaking and the garden and the seating area were real sun traps and private. The interior was lovely, very cosy and a perfect get away for two. I would stay in the Firlet again if that was the area I chose for my holiday and I would recommend the Firlet to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday, Although the Firlet was a perfect quiet get away, there were lots of places to visit round about, and Cawsand bay is a really beautiful place with fantastic scenery.
