Spread across three floors, this large coastal house caters for 11 guests within the 6 bedrooms. Internally the property incorporates an array of lavish features including an indoor dip pool benefiting from sea views, a sauna room and games room with cinema.

Externally Trencrom Villa is equally as spectacular, utilising its elevated position to offer spectacular views across Carbis Bay and along the coast towards St Ives. The private garden is spread across different levels providing several seating and viewing areas. For a truly unique experience take in a performance under the stars at the Minack Theatre, an open air theatre perched high on the rugged cliffs.

Cafes and world class restaurants offer a fest of culinary delights and the ideal opportunity to sample the freshly caught local produce. Many offer beautiful sea views and provide the perfect setting to relax after a busy day full of discovery.

Trencrom Villa

We have all had such a memorable week, at Trencrom Villa. The house and gardens are superb, the excellent facilities, games room, Sauna and food have kept the teenagers of the group out of Mischief. The far reaching Panorama views will stay with us all forever. We have been blessed with wall to wall sunshine, since we arrived, would have loved to stay longer, but will definitely be back.

Trencrom villa, Carbis Bay, St Ives

What a wonderful place to stay. It covered all eventualities. We were a party of 8 adults (age range mid 50s down to 26). Four children (aged from 7 down to 1 year). The children and adults loved the pool and the games room. Several of the adults loved the sauna. The villa was very well equipped with outdoor seating on several levels as well as barbecue and a well stocked shed. The kite and buckets and spades saved us purchasing more and the wind breaker was very useful. There were some games and puzzles for a family evening as well as some DVDs and lots of books. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dining room led onto an outdoor seating area overlooking the sea. We had a truly wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Trencrom Villa

From Sunrise to Sunset, we have sat totally in hire at the amazing views. We have visited with baited breath for 18 months to stay in this wonderful villa, and, we were not disappointed. On numerous occasions we have seen seals bobbing about in the waves down on Carbis beach. We even saw one cavorting around with a dog when we sat having a coffee on Porthgwidden beach. Carbis Bay shall forever stay in our hearts and will always be remembered as our fabulous holiday.

Large villa Carbis Bay

We were an adult family group celebrating an 80 th birthday. Trencrom Villa was perfect for us, beautifully situated by a wonderful beach within convenient reach of a railway station and delightful St Ives. The Villa was large, very well furnished and fitted with everything we needed. We enjoyed the luxury of having our own pool , sauna, games and cinema room. We would all recommend Trencrom Villa very highly.

Stunning views, loved the calconies, lovely garden with lots of different seating areas. Loved being able to walk straight to the beach from the garden and being able to sit in the lounge looking out whatever the weather. Games room and pool really great. Excellent selection of equipment in kitchen. Would recommend property to our friends and family. Great house!

Trencrom Villa - peaceful haven or party hub!

As a family group of mixed ages with varying agendas, we wanted a villa that would allow us to share time together, accommodate us comfortably and cater for differing needs. Trencrom Villa certainly lived up to expectations. Whilst some of our group were happy to spend the day in the window seat or on the deck, taking in the views along the coast line, others made full use of the pool, games room and beach below. Being accessible to the town via coast path or train, the generous parking meant that cars could be left safely whilst the location allowed good access out of the area. The kitchen was well supplied with ample crockery, glassware, utensils and equipment so the self catering aspect was easy. The good sized barbecue was a bonus, although it is located some way from the dining area and kitchen. We did not have time to use the cinema facility - perhaps because the weather was kind and we preferred to watch the breathtaking view. St Ives has a unique charm which made us vow to return.

Three generations of our family stayed at Trencrom Villa Carbis Bay near St. Ives. The pre-booking info answered almost all of our questions and Rhona and Tonysupplied the arrival info in a very friendly and helpful manner. The property is FANTASTIC! Beautifully furnished and equipped. The whole family enjoyed the pool, the games room and the garden. The situation and the views from the villa are amazing. The beach just across the road is family friendly and never too crowded. What more can we say? A touch of Paradise for a week. We'll be back. Trencrom Villa

A wonderful positioned house with spectacular views of the beach, sea and surrounding areas from whichever balcony you stood on. The fact that the house was so well positioned and so well-equipped meant that there was never a boring moment in or out of the house. St Ives provided a brilliant seaside town with plenty of access mainly by train and the ghost walk was an interesting look into the seemingly spooky history of St Ives past. The games room provided laughs across the week as a very handy and amusing room. All rooms were exceptional and we could have no complaints about them in any way. Overall an absolutely terrific holiday home in the beautiful part of Cornwall. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year! Thank you!

Fantastic property with amazing views

Just spent a really great week at this beautiful villa, the views were amazing. Everything you could want was there and it was very clean and comfortable thanks to Rhona and Tony. There were even fresh flowers waiting for us. We were a party of eleven adults ranging from 49 to 87 to celebrate a special birthday and I couldn't think of a better place to hold it! All the bed linen and towels were provided which was great. I must say I had the best birthday ever and this villa made it even more special. Thank you very much

Trencrom Villa

We're all so sad to leave this shinning villa in such a marvellous location. We loved the views, pool, games room so much that we didn't venture far. Would love to come again and be able to sit outside a bit more as the windy weather didn't allow u to do so this week. A very special holiday with lots of lovely memories to take home. Thank you.

Paradise property

Amazing, outstanding, fabulous. The property has everything you could wish for. We were a party of 10, the youngest being 22 months and the eldest being 90. The house catered for every need, there was one small problem on the ground level bedroom that opens onto the garden it only has one slab to step out onto which was really narrow for my 83 year old father in law to step out. It could do with widening slightly. The walk way down the garden needs a little T.L.C to make more user friendly. however I can assure you if you stay at the property you will be amazed. It's my first holiday in this country for over 25 years and I can assure you I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Everything I had wished for and more

I celebrated my 60th birthday with groups of family and friends of all ages over a ten day period this December. From the very beginning I found the service and support to be of the highest standard, from the helpful Blue Chip staff to the local contact Rhona and husband Tony. Not even the beautiful photos in the brochure prepared us for the stunning location and facilities. The ages ranged from 9 years to 83 and to a person it was agreed to be one of the best places anyone had visited. It is completely understandable why the villa is already booked up for 2015! We all felt the location, just in front of the train station, was ideal, because of the ease of taking the 3 minute train journey into St Ives, which ran hourly. Even though it was wintertime, many of the excellent restaurants were still open. We had four groups of friends, and family, and even when we were all in the house, there seemed to be plenty of space. The bedrooms all had en suite facilities which helped a lot, all that is except the single room, which did not present a problem to us. The pool and sauna were very warm, the sauna actually extremely hot at times, which could have been an issue with younger ones. The walk down through the garden to the beach is steep and a bit slippy in wet weather, but the walk down on the road is fine. I could not have found a better location in which to celebrate my birthday. I even got more than my fair share of visiting seals, rainbows and even a meteor shower, which was spectacular from the lounge windows. If there are too many superlatives in this review, there is nothing I can do about it, because I am still on a high! I would not hesitate to recommend it!
