Calling all cyclists! The British Cycling Museum is a typically quirky Boscastle attraction and it's a fascinating way to spend a couple of hours during a stay in the area.
Found in Camelford, The British Cycling museum is home to a huge and varied display of cycling memorabilia, some of which dates back to 1818 – and cyclists will be in their element. Pretty much anything you can think of that's related to cycling can be found in this friendly little museum and it's open throughout the year between Sunday and Thursday.
The museum is found inside a former Victorian railway station, which adds to its charm, and the quirky exhibitions include hundreds of cycles, thousands of medals and the first cycle oil lamp.
