Terms and conditions – Win £250 worth of Gifts

• The prize draw is open to residents of the U.K, aged 18 and over. No purchase is necessary to enter.
• To qualify for the £250 of bespoke Christmas presents Blue Chip Holidays’ customers must book a seven night break including Christmas Day 2012
• The prize is non-transferable and can only be received by the winning customer that has booked seven nights with Blue Chip Holidays, including Christmas Day 2012
• The winner of the £250 of Christmas presents will be drawn on 17 December.
• The Christmas presents will be placed in the property booked by the winner of the draw, ready for their arrival.
• The winning customer will not be notified in advance.
• The winning customer is asked to take a picture of themselves with their presents in their Christmas property for use by Blue Chip Holidays in future promotional material.
• By booking seven nights including Christmas day, all customers are automatically entered into the prize draw.
• Blue Chip Holidays, nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
• The winner's name will be available from Blue Chip Holidays and published on bluechipholidays.co.uk.
