How do I cancel a booking?

It is your responsibility to notify us regarding a cancellation. The deposit and all extras are not refundable. We do have an insurance policy that covers cancellations, for more information please call our bookings team on 0844 2730 983. Once we have sent confirmation of your booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel your booking, the balance will still be due, though if we re-book the property we may be able to refund part or all of your balance.

Can I move my booking to another property / date?

Blue Chip Holidays will try to accommodate changes if they are possible, but this unfortunately it may result in the guest losing their deposit.
