Beach Holidays in Brixham
With 19 beaches and coves and a naturally sheltered port, holidays in Brixham are bound to include the ideal beach for you. The sloping sandy beach of Broadsands is two miles outside of Brixham and is a popular choice with families. Churston Cove is sand shingle and allows dogs, it is also safe for swimming and includes a parking area but access can be difficult for the disabled. Alternatively, Breakwater Beach is very family-friendly, a shingle beach with easy access and plenty of parking, dogs are not permitted, although it is safe to swim and includes facilities.

Dog Friendly Holidays in Brixham
The town’s main beaches do not permit dogs, although there are many walks in the area which lend themselves to those on dog friendly Brixham holidays. Also, several of the more secluded coves have no restrictions for dogs, such as Churston Cove, Fishcombe Cove in Churston, Shoalstone Beach (except for the pool area) and St Marys Bay.
