Does your dog love to discover new places and wander quiet canals? Not only are the canals of the Brecon Beacons National Park perfect for a dog-friendly holiday, but they now mean you can compete for Canal Dog of the Year.
If you’re thinking of a holiday in this stunning corner of Wales, just take a photo of your pooch enjoying the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and enter it into the competition.
Each month, the dog with the most online votes will be announced in the Brecon & Radnor Express, as well as being entered for the title of ‘Canal Dog of the Year 2012’.
