The Brixham Pirate Festival is one of the bay’s most popular annual events, and it takes place this Saturday and Sunday.
Brixham’s historic harbour area will host live sea shanty, pirate skirmish re-enactments on the Golden Hind and a record attempt fancy dress competition.
The festival is a must for anyone who loves pirates and a swashbuckling time, and it attracts visitors from all over the UK, and even from Europe.
