Accessibility Levels

It’s important to us that you choose the right property for your needs, so we’ve made things simple.

We’ve divided our properties into three different levels of accessibility, which are Easy Access, Fully Accessible for wheelchair users and Fully Adapted for wheelchair users. Just look for the boxes when you search for your property and tick the one that covers your needs, and then all that's left to do is browse for that perfect pad.

To make choosing the right property easy, you'll find a full breakdown of what you can expect to find in any property in each of the three Accessibility collections below. And if you need any advice at all or just want to double check before you make your booking, you can call our expert Customer Care team on 0330 134 6306.
